Gaga is just getting more exciting, with the announcement Tuesday
(Feb. 7) that the pop star will be appearing on the upcoming season 9 premiere
of RuPaul's Drag Race.
Gaga revealed the news on Twitter, along with a short teaser video, in which Mother Monster throws down the gauntlet: "And may the best woman win."
The air date for the season nine premiere has not yet been announced.

A press release sent out Tuesday confirmed the Gaga
appearance, and also noted that the Drag Race premiere will
"unveil a court of cut-throat Queens each competing to snatch the crown
and strut away with a $100,000 cash prize and the coveted title of 'America’s
Next Drag Superstar.'"
